John Waldrip grew up in the Midwest and took a shine to woodworking at an early age.  After building a number of pieces as gifts for friends, he finally decided to try more substantial items.  He is always looking for new challenges and gets many of his best ideas from his customers.

He completed his first Adirondack chair in 2001; amazingly, it has yet to collapse and still sits in his back yard, rain or snow or shine.

He is saving his money for more tools, a Labradoodle puppy, and gas for his new Mini Cooper convertible.
